A Seated Exercise Class with Musical Flow
Join us for this uplifting holistic exercise class on Wednesdays. This class combines stretching, aerobics, strength training, and Brain Gym techniques—all from an accessible seated position. Feel the rhythm as you move in harmony with the music, reaping the benefits of improved motor functioning and mind-body connection. This class begins with a total body warm-up, followed by invigorating strength training and rejuvenating stretching. Finally, unwind with a soothing relaxation session.
