Client Services and Case Management

connects clients to resources and other community services to help address their needs. People with MS can face a multitude of challenges because of their disability. Issues such as a decline in the ability to walk, loss of a caregiver, or loss of their ability to work, can all cause a crisis for a person with MS. The case manager informs the client about the appropriate resources, and takes a hands-on approach in facilitating the right connections.
