The Centers for Multiple Sclerosis provides MS focused exercise classes that help clients maximize their mobility, improve balance, reduce fall risk, and increase overall sense of wellness.

New clients may be referred for a physical therapy evaluation before participating in classes.

mobility and Strength

Encouraging core strength and stability is the focus of multiple classes offered to clients by the Centers for Multiple Sclerosis.

balance

Maintaining dependable balance and flexibility reduces injury and accidents, and improves life. We have classes for clients at various levels of ability.

wellness Presentations

Speakers and presentations on wellness related topics add education and inspiration to our clients.

“Last year, I was not doing well,” said Beth, a client of the Centers for Multiple Sclerosis. “After decades of MS, it was getting worse. Weakness and falls kept me inside, isolated, and fearful of going out.  I knew I needed drastic remedies.”

I researched the Centers for Multiple Sclerosis and started the slow process of packing up to move closer.  Since moving to Bonita Springs, I’ve been taking every single class offered at the center. The results are dramatic!”
