Enrollment for the 2025 Massage Therapy Program is now open through April 5, 2025! The next open enrollment period will be in September. 

All Registered Clients of the Centers for Multiple Sclerosis Are Eligible for the Massage Therapy Program.

Clients who successfully enroll in the program are eligible to receive one massage per month. 

Please complete the enrollment form. Once it is received, you will be sent an email with instructions about next steps. You may view the available providers on the Provider List, but do not schedule an appointment with them until you receive approval from us. Note: your enrollment will not be complete until you sign the 2025 Agreement Form.
